My Friendly Lunchbox complies with distance-selling rules and offer friendly after sale service should you require. That means that we are happy to answer any questions that you may have about your purchased products and assist if products are faulty or if you should change your mind.
Cancellation & Refunds
My Friendly Lunchbox are happy to accept returned items for full refund provided they are returned within 14 days of purchase in an unused and saleable condition. When returning items, please contact us first by telephone or email and remember to enclose the original packing slip.
With the exception of faulty goods My Friendly Lunchbox is unable to refund either outbound or inbound carriage/postage charges. Always ensure that you retain proof of mailing and delivery.
